Laurence trained to be a chef at the William Angliss College of Catering and Food Studies... But has not practiced since he found out that some people get their weekend off - many years ago

The food is eclectic, but we try to add a little flair to the meal. The wines are designed to go with the food, and in most cases are Australian or NZ - again we try to do it a little differently, so we can all experiment a little
